The building located in a prime area, with a great view of the sea, has been under construction for some time, and going by the latest clip, seems to be nearing completion.
The extravagant purchase, which has garnered significant attention, is reportedly spread across multiple floors, offering stunning views and luxurious amenities.As the video posted by paparazzi Viral Bhayani went viral, fans took to the comments section to ask, “Puri building inki hai?” (“Is the entire building theirs?”).

Ranveer and Deepika made headlines when it was revealed that they shelled out a whopping Rs 119 crore for the space. The deal, reported to be one of the most expensive residential transactions in the country, comprises of flats on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of the building. The apartment offers a total carpet area of 11,266 square feet, along with an exclusive 1,300 square-foot terrace. Additionally, the couple will have access to 19 parking spaces within the building.
It was reported that the couple splurged Rs 118.94 crore for the apartment, along with an additional Rs 7.13 crore in stamp duty for the registration. This brings the per square foot rate, excluding the terrace area, to Rs 1.05 lakh.
The property is expected to feature state-of-the-art facilities, including a private gym, a swimming pool, and dedicated entertainment spaces, aligning with the couple’s high-profile lifestyle.
On the personal front, Ranveer and Deepika are set to welcome their first child together in September. The pregnant actress has been spotted making rare appearances around town, heading out with family and friends on dinner dates.
