The news of Sridevi passing away was a huge shock to the entire nation! It’s not something people can forget but more so, it’s been a very difficult time for her family. While Boney Kapoor doesn’t seem to have still gotten over it, her daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor, continue to miss their mom each day. In a recent interview, while promoting his upcoming film ‘Maidaan‘ which he’s produced, Boney refused to talk about Sridevi’s death.
The producer got extremely emotional during this conversation and couldn’t hold back his tears. He asked the interviewer to move on from that topic because he didn’t want to talk about it. He told Zoom TV, “Let’s not talk about it. Till today, I miss her, every second, every day, every minute. It’s not something which leaves my mind.”
Sridevi had passed away in February 2018 in Dubai due to accidental drowning. The actress was attending Boney’s nephew, Arjun Marwah’s wedding. Her mortal remains were brought back here was cremated in Mumbai.
The actress’ last movie was ‘Mom’ in 2017 and before that, she was seen in ‘English Vinglish’ in 2012 which continues to be memorable till date.
Recently, her daughters Janhvi and Khushi were on ‘Koffee With Karan‘ and had spoken about how they coped up with their mom’s sudden demise. Janhvi said that Khushi was somehow the strongest despite being the youngest in the family. The two sisters continue to act like each other’s mom or elder sister depending on what the situation demands and are always there for each other!
